Garry Hyde

Australian artist Garry Hyde, moved to Perth a few years ago after living for many years in rural Western Australia. This move profoundly effected his life and art, inspired and influenced by the colour, vibrancy and beauty of his new environment, injecting a new dynamic to his art. Garry’s first solo exhibition was held at David Giles Art Gallery in 2011 exposing his art to the world. This lead to his work having been purchased by a diverse range of collectors from the Town of Victoria Park, to a private collection in the Netherlands.

Garry works from his studio at home in the Perth suburb of Wembley.
